PhantomGrid Terms of Use

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PhantomGrid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use PhantomGrid. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your login information with others.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use PhantomGrid responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You must not:

• Use the app to plan, coordinate, or engage in any illegal activity
• Submit false, fabricated, or tampered GPS data
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, ratings, or other competitive features
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the app or its servers

Safety Disclaimer

PhantomGrid is a GPS tracking application. You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws at all times. PhantomGrid LLC does not encourage, endorse, or promote speeding, reckless driving, or any violation of traffic laws. The app records routes and times for informational and competitive purposes only.

Subscriptions and Payments

PhantomGrid offers optional premium subscriptions. Subscriptions are billed through Stripe and auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. You can manage your subscription through the app or by contacting support@phantomgridapp.com. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

PhantomAlias

PhantomAlias is an optional feature that generates a pseudonymous identifier for use on leaderboards. You remain responsible for all activity associated with your account regardless of alias usage.

Content and Intellectual Property

PhantomGrid, its logo, design, and branding are the intellectual property of PhantomGrid LLC. User-submitted circuit routes become part of the platform's shared content. You retain no exclusive ownership over circuits you create within the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use. We may also remove content, circuits, or leaderboard entries at our discretion. Bans and suspensions are final and handled at the discretion of PhantomGrid administrators.

Limitation of Liability

PhantomGrid LLC is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of this app, including but not limited to vehicle accidents, device damage, or data loss. The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Privacy

Your use of PhantomGrid is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
